Annual Irishman of the Year Dinner

 This form is designed for your convenience to purchase dinner tickets and or journal ads.  We ask that you acquire your tickets as soon as possible but, no later that March 7th, 2008.  Timely payment is necessary since your committee must make a firm commitment to the restaurant a week prior to the dinner.  All tickets must be paid for in advance; payment cannot be accepted at the door.
